I’m a Healing Force with a Mission — Holding space for trauma healing, personal growth, and community resilience in the face of chaos.
I transform pain into purpose, and silence into expression. Through counseling, advocacy, and spiritual growth, I create safe, soulful spaces where people rediscover their voice, reclaim their power, and reimagine their future.
Through seasons of personal and collective hardship, I’ve grown—part counselor, part spiritual seeker, part changemaker—holding space for emotional clarity and healing.
Whether I’m leading a mindful workshop, unpacking trauma in counseling sessions, or teaching coping skills, my voice is equal parts calm and catalytic.
I’m not just teaching self-love—I’m living it, even when it’s uncomfortable.
My inner transformation is mirrored in the works I design: soulful, trauma-informed, and deeply human.
With one foot in evidence-based practice and the other in compassionate presence, I’m building a future where healing is accessible, culturally rooted, and boldly hopeful.
Ms. Su is an experienced and motivated counseling professional who works with clients from diverse demographics and backgrounds. Her approach begins with building a trusting, empathetic relationship, creating a safe space where clients can openly express their feelings and concerns. This foundation enables them to focus on the changes they want to make in their lives.
She believes in the power of conversation and the importance of a harmonious
relationship, which can lead to greater self-awareness and insight. She adopts a Humanistic Person-Centered Approach and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Techniques. Ms. Su believes
that the client is the primary agent of change, while the counselor serves as a helper and facilitator in the process.
Having gone through overwhelming life experiences herself, she discovered the
meaning of life through counseling. Her first-hand experience allows her to connect deeply with
clients, helping them feel at ease and communicate openly. Her non-judgmental and bubbly personality encourages clients to open up and identify their issues more easily. This open communication is the foundation for helping clients see and believe in their ability to change from within.
She has led and continues to conduct numerous mental health workshops, webinars,
and seminars with diverse groups across the country. She has also facilitated Counseling Skills Trainings in collaboration with various organizations. In 2022, she founded her own counseling
practice under the name “Open Arms Myanmar.”
As of December 2024, her total clinical counseling hours exceed 3,000 hours.
