Tr. Yadana (Coach by Treasure) holds a Master of Education degree in specialization of Guidance & Counselling and a Bachelor of Education degree from Yangon University of Education. And then, she also holds Diplomas in Child Psychology , Executive Diploma In Applied Psychology and Leadership Management & Entrepreneurship from the United Kingdom. With more than 14 years of experience in the Academic field, she serves as an Educational & Psychological Trainer and over 6 years experience as Mental Health Counsellor (Counselling Psychologist) in mental health field with over 2000 hours professional hours. She is also working together with some Counselling Service Organizations. Conducted seminars/workshops and shared psychological and educational knowledges as corporate trainer in some educational institutions/ companies , NGO/ INGO associations and worked as a freelance consultant. Tr. Yadana is the Founder of Coach by Treasure and a Founder & Executive Director of IDC-Integrated Development College. Presently, she actively imparts her expertise in Psychological insights through the Byoh Lifestyle Application.
